Dylan’s Desire is my own interpretation of Bob’s famous hat as featured on the cover of the Desire album. As with all hats that I make, I allow the process to unfold and guide the styling of the piece. While I begin with a basic design concept, I do not resist the natural tendency of a hat to take a particular form and to work in harmony with particular trimmings. In this case, Dylan's Desire is made from a western-weight stiff-felt and features A South American inspired ribbon detail. It has a metal concho and my signature beaded tassels and a mount of soft feathers in complimentary colours. This hat is unlined and features a simple leather sweatband.
