Miami’s seafront is vibrant tapestry of striking art deco architecture. The vivid colour accents and futuristic lines are so evocative of the era, I decided this 1940s-style American bound-edge fedora ought to be named after the famous beach there. This hat is formed on a 6” open-crown block with a casual C-crown and a 3” brim. It has a stylised shark-fin band in a beautiful powder-blue colourway.
